At Momee, we know how exciting it is waiting for your goodies to arrive! That's why we work with trusted South African courier companies to get your order safely to your doorstep.

Delivery Timeframes

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, with standard delivery taking approximately 7–10 business days.

Orders delivered to major cities such as Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban generally arrive sooner, while deliveries to smaller towns, rural areas and outlying regions may take a little longer.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Our Courier Partners

We use trusted delivery partners, including The Courier Guy and Aramex, depending on your delivery location and courier availability.

Both courier services provide reliable nationwide delivery, helping us get your Momee goodies to you as efficiently as possible.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: R100 nationwide.
FREE Shipping: On all orders of R1,000 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll share your tracking details where available, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey right to your doorstep.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver within our estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions or deliveries to remote areas.

We'll do our best to keep you informed should any unexpected delays arise.
